The interviewer was really unprofessional and showed up 30 minutes late, saying he'd gone for a run. He had me shadow someone while he showered. When he came back, he was condescending. He told me to call him the next day to discuss it. I tried calling him multiple times over several days with no answer. Finally, after the weekend, I called and left a frustrated voicemail. He then called me back and offered me the job.

Went through 3 phone calls that basically asked the same questions, more like 'tell me about yourself' rather than how you've been successful in sales. If you pass those (lolz), you get to shadow in the office and meet the team. Honestly, if you're experienced in sales, this probably isn't the best fit for you. Don't bother unless you want to be trained by people who are new to sales.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and conducted entirely over the phone, which was a bit unexpected at first but worked out fine since it was for a remote office position. I had three phone conversations with two different interviewers who were both really pleasant and professional, making the experience quite welcoming rather than intimidating.
