The interview process has scenario- and HR-based questions that focus on your past work experiences, projects you've done, and your duties. They want to see how you handle tough situations, sort out disagreements, work with others, and decide things. This gives them a better idea of how good you are at solving problems, your leadership skills, and your general abilities at work.

The initial step was a casual Teams call where I discussed my resume and work history. They then invited me for a second round, covering my travel expenses. This second round involved a quick tour of their plant, which didn't offer much to see, but I asked questions anyway. Following that, there were two technical interviews with different team members. Some questions were repeated from the first call, which was a bit unexpected. The company has been very slow with communication; despite promises of a quick decision, I didn't hear back for quite some time, by which point I had already accepted another job offer.

The interview process was two stages. I'm not sure if this was because I was an out-of-area candidate or if they do that for everyone. Stage one was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Stage two was an on-site interview with multiple team members and included lunch with the team. Everyone was very nice, but it felt a bit disorganized compared to other interviews. I didn't get a schedule for the on-site interview beforehand, so I didn't know who I was meeting or when. They also ran behind schedule, and I ended up waiting in a room alone for a while.
