The interview process was pretty standard, I got an automatic invite through Indeed for an interview at 4:30 on a Friday. The main issue I had was that after the interview, I was completely ghosted. They said I'd hear back on Monday after they had the weekend to think. I sent a follow-up message, but still heard nothing. Over a week later, I went to the store and found out that the person who interviewed me no longer worked there, they don't inform unsuccessful candidates, and the hiring process was over. So, my advice is to apply only if you're okay with being ghosted and disrespected if you're not successful, otherwise, stay away. I found it really rude not to be told either way after a 30-minute in-person interview.

It was easy, with simple questions about hobbies and interests, basically to get a feel for the kind of person I was. The second round was a bit harder and focused more on how I interacted with people.
