Applied and got a call the next day. The interview went really well, and I felt confident about getting the job. I have over 10 years of experience and certifications. The main issue was they wanted someone with the most skills but were offering a low salary. They offered $45,000 for a supervisor role with my experience, which I found unbelievable. I asked about the salary after researching the position and they wouldn't negotiate to what I deserved. The interviewer told me to call the following week to follow up. I left a message and emailed but got no response. I figured it was because of my salary expectations, but they could have at least been professional and said they were moving on with other candidates instead of ignoring me. I know they don't have to tell me the reason, and I already knew it. Their professionalism and etiquette were non-existent.

I was contacted via LinkedIn for an HR screening call. Following that, I interviewed with the Assistant General Manager, which I felt went well. The role was expected to be available in a couple of months. About two months later, the HR rep reached out to see if I was still interested. I confirmed my interest and received an offer that was 8% above my highest salary expectation.

The interview process was very good and the office was nice. I didn't get the chance to work there, but I feel like the team is really cohesive and strong. The managers and staff who interviewed me seemed very knowledgeable about their work.
