So, we had 15 candidates from our department get a shot at the placements. The whole thing had two main parts: a first cut and then a personal interview. The first cut included a psychometric test, an aptitude test (covering both technical and general stuff), and a group discussion. After that, the final round was a one-on-one interview where they asked technical questions along with some common HR ones.
