Management Trainee
Depending on the department, there will be multiple interviews with Business and HR leaders. The interviews will focus more on the applicability of solutions. During the interviews, your approach to different problems will be assessed; basically, your problem-solving ability will be assessed.
- How can theory learned be implemented in the Department process?
Management Trainee
So, we had 15 candidates from our department get a shot at the placements. The whole thing had two main parts: a first cut and then a personal interview. The first cut included a psychometric test, an aptitude test (covering both technical and general stuff), and a group discussion. After that, the final round was a one-on-one interview where they asked technical questions along with some common HR ones.

Management Trainee
You'll be interviewed by a panel of 5-6 people. They'll start by having you introduce yourself and asking about your hobbies to help you relax. Then, they'll move on to technical questions covering various topics from your field, mainly focusing on Electrical Machines and Power Systems.
