Graduate Engineering Trainee
so first company came to our campus, gave a presentation, then we had a written test, followed by a group discussion. The final selection was based on the test, GD, and the interview.
- Were you asked about your internship?

Management Trainee
Depending on the department, there will be multiple interviews with Business and HR leaders. The interviews will focus more on the applicability of solutions. During the interviews, your approach to different problems will be assessed; basically, your problem-solving ability will be assessed.
- How can theory learned be implemented in the Department process?
Business Development Manager
This is a pretty involved process. You'll need to be ready for some in-depth questions about your background and also show that you can do the job well, in a way that's easy to understand. Make sure you have some solid examples of your best work ready, and also be prepped to share a story about a time you didn't succeed and how you managed to get past it.

- What's an example of a failure you've encountered, and how did you overcome it?
Intern
First, they screened based on CGPA, and only students from Electrical or Mechanical domains were allowed. Then, there was a group discussion where 9 people had to work on a case study. After that, a psychometric test was conducted, which involved a memory game. This was followed by an online test that included aptitude and technical questions, with the technical part being quite challenging. Finally, there was a personal interview that combined technical questions with an HR round. Be prepared, as the GD and tests together can take up the whole day.
