The interview process kicked off with an in-person meeting in the UK, and then transitioned to Zoom for the subsequent three interviews conducted from the US. The final stage involved a panel interview with three Ceros employees, which was a great way to observe inter-departmental synergy and ask personal questions about the roles.

The interview process was pretty disorganized and unimpressive. It was a pretty standard setup: a 30-minute phone screen, then a meeting with the manager and the team. A recruiter reached out and gave me a few time options. She took about a week to respond after I picked one, and then had to reschedule. After another week and a half, she finally confirmed a meeting with the hiring manager and another leader. This interview seemed to go well, and the manager said she was looking forward to continuing the conversation after I sent a thank-you note. Then, almost two weeks went by before I got a standard rejection email. While I don't mind not getting the job, asking for nearly three hours of someone's time for interviews and prep, only to send a generic rejection without any feedback, is just pathetic on the part of the hiring team and recruiter.

The interview process was quite thorough, but the overall timeline was still pretty fast. I felt like I was always informed about what the next step would be, and everyone got back to me quickly. I really liked how transparent they were about everything. I usually prepare a lot for interviews, and I found that was super helpful for pretty much all the interviews here.
