Behavioral Technical Presentation

My CV got screened first. Then, I did an asynchronous video interview with some general questions about my personality and experience. Finally, there was a panel interview combined with a technical interview. Before the technical interview, there was a one-hour written test which was a knowledge and skill check for the job. The technical interview (45 min) was about discussing the results of the written test. The panel interview (45 min) involved a presentation about my career, followed by questions from the panel about my skills and personality traits.

Behavioral Presentation

It was like a recorded interview where you had to answer 5 questions. They told us the questions beforehand, but the actual ones were different. They said it would be 20 minutes, but it was only 12 minutes. I'd recommend practicing recording yourself for a minute in both English and French. If you pass this, I think there's another interview with a supervisor.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Tell me about yourself in 1 minute.
  • Describe a recent project you worked on.
  • What do you know about CERN? Please answer in French.

I applied online and after a couple of weeks, I got an email for a Sonru Interview. Then, a couple of weeks after that, I received an email for an online technical test and online interviews. Everything seemed relevant to the job, and the tests and questions were all related. I was given clear instructions for every step.

  • What types of tasks do you enjoy the most, and which do you dislike the most?
  • How do you cope with stressful situations?
