First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ceribell.
Recruiter
The interview process involved three distinct stages. Initially, there was a Team Fit round where they inquired not only about my working style but also about the attributes I value in a manager, which I thought was pretty forward-thinking. Following that, a Behavioral and Competency-Based round was conducted to evaluate core behavioral attributes and skills. The final stage consisted of a Case Study and Presentation, where I had to present my proposed solutions to a given case.

- What is your interest in Ceribell?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
It was a good experience overall, though I didn't get an offer. I'd be open to interviewing with them again. The first interview was a simple chat with the recruiter, and the second involved a longer discussion with the VP of HR.
- Can you describe your typical recruiting workflow?
Talent Recruiter
The interview process was pretty well-planned and effective. It included 4 steps. I got an email to schedule the first video interview 2 days after submitting my application. My initial interview told me a lot about the team and the business. In the next interview, we checked for team fit with two other people from the Talent team. The hiring manager was the third person I interviewed with, and this was a great chance to learn about the company's vision, how the talent department fits into it, and the department's future goals. I could ask lots of questions and get a good understanding of how the business and the department work. A hiring manager and a very early employee of Ceribell were in the final interview. I learned more about the background of the business and how many departments interact with Talent. Overall, the process was amazing and exciting. I learned something new with each conversation and got more insight into the business and its goals.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join Ceribell? What unique qualities do you possess that make you a strong candidate?
