Ceres Associate Interview Questions
& Process

So, first I had a chat with the recruiter over the phone. After that, I talked to the hiring manager. Then, I had a panel interview with some of the team members. They offered me the job, and I took it.

I interviewed at Ceres in early 2020. It took over 3 months. First was a phone screen with the director, then a writing assignment the next week. I was told they'd follow up. A month later, I had a final panel interview downtown. It was 3 back-to-back rounds with managers and team members, lasting about 2 hours. They checked my references. 6 weeks later, I was told they went with someone else. I was contacted again about a new role. They said I'd be a better fit for this one. I agreed to interview again. It was the same process: phone screen, writing assignments, more interviews. I never heard back after the halfway point. I'm disappointed they wasted my time and my references' time, especially after a long process and reference checks, only to then ghost me again after I agreed to a second multi-month process.
