Planner
The interview process was structured with competency-based questions. Two people interviewed me, one scribing and the other asking questions, although both were actively engaged in asking questions. It felt quite formal, but they managed to put me at ease.
- The process was structured with competency and behavioral scoring.
Procurement Specialist
It's a long interview process with 2 rounds. The first round is with HR & the hiring manager, and the second round is with the heads. The questions were technical and situation-based. It wasn't too difficult, and the interviewers were accommodating and understanding. However, it took forever to get a reply from HR about the final decision. It's been over 3 months now, and I haven't received the final decision after multiple follow-ups with HR, which is frustrating.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to manage difficult stakeholders?
Procurement Specialist
The interview process was excellent. It started with an online application, which was fairly easy. Then, there was a telephone interview and an assessment centre. The telephone interview mainly focused on competency questions and a few questions about the company. They told me I was successful and moved me to the next round immediately.
