Found the job posting online and was contacted by Leon shortly after for an interview. We chatted 1-on-1 for about an hour about my previous work, the company, and the role's requirements. We concluded by discussing the next steps, and we both expressed interest in proceeding. However, after that meeting, I was ghosted and heard nothing back about my application or the position.

First I applied online and did a numerical and verbal reasoning test, then a video interview. After that, I was invited to an assessment centre where we did a group task. We were given three questions beforehand to discuss in a small group, then rejoined the larger group to present to the assessors. Next was a case task where I had to summarize a case study and give recommendations to a manager in a mock meeting. Finally, there was a manager interview that was behavioral/competency-based.
