Applied online, did some online tests (numerical, verbal, logical). Then had a 45 min competency based phone interview. After that was an assessment day which included an ice-breaker, an interview, a presentation, and a group exercise. The interview was with one engineer and one grad team rep, with the engineer leading. They asked some tough questions. The presentation was on a technical problem, we found out the scope on the day and had to prepare then, they don't expect you to know everything, just think logically. The group exercise gave the team a lot to consider at once, so it was important to stay organised and structured in discussions to do well.

Applied online. It took over 3 months. After some tests (numerical and verbal), I was invited for an assessment centre via a standard video interview. It was a pleasant but challenging experience, and the atmosphere was really friendly and not intimidating once I was there. I had to do a presentation in front of the assessors and an individual task that was very time-limited, but I just had to think logically. The HR part was very standard.
