It was a two-stage interview process. I interviewed with the line manager and the Commercial Director. Each interview lasted about an hour and included questions about industry knowledge and a case study.

The interview process kicked off with an online screening, followed by some psychometric tests, and then a video interview. After that, it was off to the assessment centre. Honestly, the whole thing felt pretty relaxed. The video interview was a bit strange, but they gave us ample time to get our answers out. The assessment centre itself was pretty standard, involving a group presentation, a one-on-one interview, and another verbal presentation.
