First, there were some numerical and verbal tests, which were standardly difficult. Then a phone interview where they asked questions about the company values so you should prepare examples using the STAR method. The interviewer was helpful in guiding answers. Be ready for questions about why the industry, why the role, and why the company. Following that was an assessment centre with an ice breaker, an individual interview, a group exercise, and an individual case study. The ice breaker is for fun and to get to know people before the group exercise. The interview was relaxed and covered similar questions to the phone interview but needed different examples. The group exercise involved solving a problem as a group and presenting a pitch. The case study was time-pressured, requiring selective use of information, and you had to look at the numbers.

I applied online, which was a long process, but the test was integrated, saving some time. Then I had a telephone interview where I had to use different examples than the application. It was challenging because the questions were similar to the application, so make sure you have alternative examples ready. At the time, I was told that the answers given in the telephone interview could be used again at the assessment centre since it wasn't recorded. After passing this stage, I went to the assessment centre, which lasted 9 hours. It was very tiring, and I regretted travelling on the same day; I'd advise staying the night before if it's a long journey. The day included a group presentation, a single presentation, an interview, and then numerical and verbal reasoning tests, which were harder than the online ones. For the group presentation, you need to engage well with your group. The single presentation requires some prior knowledge of the firm, and the interview is similar to usual competency questions but with extra focus on your specific area. Overall, you have to forget the values on the website about economic, social, and environmental benefits as they aren't relevant when you're actually there. If you want the internship, you must focus on their profits, exploitation, and market power, and other self-centred views (those are top of their agenda). Also, make sure the skills they're looking for are portrayed in your personality throughout the day in all tasks.

Applied online, then I had to do some numerical tests and a video interview. After that, I got invited to an assessment centre. When I got there, everyone was super welcoming and most of the stuff wasn't too hard. I had to do 3 rounds of tasks, and one of them was an interview.
