So I did the online application, which had some questions about why I want to work there and stuff, plus this numerical test which was okay. I didn't hear back for ages, so I chased them up and apparently they had some technical issues and some people missed out on emails, which is why I didn't get one about a phone interview. I called them back and explained, and they sorted it out and got me a phone interview, which was good. The phone interview itself was alright, not too hard. Then they invited me to an assessment centre, but I had to turn it down because of the location, as things changed for me.

First had to submit CV and cover letter. Then had two interviews. One interview was with the manager and two other people, and it was quite formal. The second interview was with the team head and was more casual since the hiring decision seemed to have already been made. Generally, knowledge of modelling skills and energy related market info was required.

I filled out the online application and then got a call for an interview. The person who called was nice, but didn't really say much while I was answering. The interview was mostly HR questions about why I want the job, how I work in a team, and my leadership experience.
