The process was organized and explained step-by-step. There were two rounds of interviews, then a personality test, and finally meeting with a manager for a ride-along and a presentation at the end. I didn't know it was mainly an outside sales/cold calling job at first, as 'account executive' can mean different things. I was cut during the personality test. The recruiter gave me helpful, kind feedback on my interview and wished me luck.

It took about a month. First, a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, a face-to-face with the recruiter. After that, an interview with the VP of Sales. Then, an aptitude or personality test which took around 45 minutes and included integrity questions, basic math, and shape sequences. This was followed by a half-day ride-along with a current account executive. Next was a 10-15 minute presentation, and immediately after, another interview that felt like an interrogation. A few days later, I got a generic rejection email. The first two interviews were standard. They initially said I'd get feedback after the presentation and a decision in a couple days.

I initially applied for a Regional position but was told I didn't qualify due to experience. Then, I interviewed for a sales role. The recruiter was very professional. We had a phone interview, then a Skype interview, followed by a face-to-face meeting with the District Manager. After that, I took an aptitude test. It's been over two weeks since the test, and I haven't heard back despite sending one email and making two phone calls. After going through four steps, they wouldn't even discuss compensation, which is very unprofessional.
