I applied and 2 days later I was given the CCAT exam. I didn't pass the first time but they gave me another shot. After that, a recruiter contacted me for an interview. It was a panel interview with 4 people. Then, it took 3 weeks for a second interview. After the second interview, they sent an offer a week later.

It took about 2 weeks from applying to the virtual interview. The interview was not well organized and they didn't seem to know who was going to join the call. Three people ended up on the call and none of them turned on their camera, even though I had mine on. Someone said they would turn theirs on once everyone was on the call but that never happened. It was super awkward. It didn't seem like they had a list of formal questions and just went around asking if anyone had anything else. A couple of weeks after not hearing anything, I reached out to follow up. The person that was on the call said they don't get updates and would forward my inquiry to someone that would know the status. It's been a couple of weeks and still have not heard anything. It would be considerate to at least tell people who took the time to interview that they are no longer being considered for the position.

Behavioral Other

I applied online and heard back from a recruiter within a week. They had me do a personality assessment and an IQ test, and I was told I did well on both. After another week, my application was moved forward for interviews. However, it took a month to hear back from the recruiter again. Then, I had a 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, so it was a small panel. It was strange because they didn't turn their cameras on even though mine was on. The questions seemed improvised and weren't clear. They asked a couple of hypothetical questions, but the parameters changed mid-sentence. They didn't ask about my resume or experience. They were very focused on explaining their utilization formula for compensation. I asked about employee attrition and leadership turnover, and they blamed company acquisitions, saying employment at their level was stable, but didn't discuss churn at other levels. The whole process took over a month, mostly due to poor communication. It took too long to get the first interview after the initial recruiter contact. The interview was also frustrating because the interviewers seemed uninterested and didn't seem to care about finding a good fit. This experience made me decide not to continue.
