The recruiter was super quick, responding within a day and keeping me updated for the first week. An interview was set up in under two weeks with another NP and a doctor. They really went into detail about the department, showing a lot of dedication. I liked their patient care approach and how they could mentor. The patient population was familiar to me, so I didn't have many questions because they were so clear. I felt asking about pay or benefits wasn't right for the first interview. The recruiter mentioned a start date and asked about relocating, which was fine. I later saw the job posted again by Centra, which I initially thought meant they had more openings. I followed up for weeks, and each time they said they were still interviewing. The process dragged on so long that it would have been impossible to get credentialing done in time for the original start date. I always try to be the best candidate, but please don't leave people hanging – it's unprofessional and leaves a bad impression. Interviewing is a two-way street. Usually, I interview well and get offers, but this interview felt a bit awkward because the questions were superficial and didn't allow for detailed answers.

The interview went well. I felt like I did a good job of showing off my clinical skills and how I handle patient care. I think I built a good rapport with the interviewers, and my answers were clear. I also made sure to talk about how important learning and working with others is to me.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They started by asking me to introduce myself and explain my qualifications for the role. Then, I was asked three open-ended questions, followed by an opportunity for me to ask them any questions I had about the position.

It was a pretty simple interview process. I went through a few rounds. I met with a unit manager and some other team leads. They really value their culture and their patients at this unit. The interview process itself was straightforward, although it did take a while to get credentials and insurance panels sorted out. That seems to be standard in healthcare though.
