First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Centerstone.
Case Manager
First interview was about job duties and my background. Second interview involved one lady asking me questions and then another woman joined in to ask a couple more.
- How do you handle conflicting priorities?
Case Manager
It was a one on one interview where they asked me a series of questions about my time management, organizing skills, and interpersonal skills. They wanted to know how well I work with others and how well I can work in a group without constant supervision.
- How effective are you at managing your time?
Case Manager
It was an amazing and easy going interview. It felt conversational. It did take a long time though. The interviewer was very nice, but I was very nervous and that may have effected my overall experience.
- Can you share some of your strengths and how they would be beneficial for this role?
