The interview process was pretty straightforward. There was only one round of interviews with the supervisor, though this can differ depending on the department. They asked basic questions covering both research skills and administrative duties. The interview itself took about 30 minutes, and then there was a skill test afterward. It was a pretty good experience overall, and I was glad there weren't a bazillion rounds of interviews.

The interview process for an internship with the Project on Prosperity and Development includes a live Zoom interview, which was very welcoming and approachable. Following that, there are social media tasks, like creating an image for an event and writing a post about a new publication, with about a week for each. Finally, there's a policy analysis paper, also with about a week deadline.
