The interview questions were straightforward, but I was a little offended by how long it took them to get back to me after each round. After the first round of interviews, the lady said I would hear back in a week regardless of if I would be moving on or not. It took 3 weeks. The next round, she said the same thing but two weeks, it took a month. She didn't even respond to me until I sent 3 emails asking if I was still being considered for the position. Honestly insulting.

A contact referred me for this position. I applied online and got a response within days. The first step was a 10-15 minute phone interview with the Head of HR. Next, I was invited for an in-person interview that lasted almost an hour, where I met with the supervisors for the role and someone from the policy team. I received an offer within days and took 5 days to decide before accepting the job. I was really impressed by how quickly they moved things along; the whole process only took 2 weeks.

The interview process was really disorganized. They emailed me a job offer, then tried to take it back verbally. I had to get on a conference call with HR and the recruiter, and they attempted to blame me for the mix-up. I interviewed for one position but ended up being offered a different title, even though there wasn't a job description for it. The salary they offered was also much lower than what we had discussed.

This was a terrible interview process. Interviewers were always late and barely apologized. They missed their own deadlines for feedback and decisions, and ignored questions. They also asked the same questions multiple times in different rounds. Overall, the process was disrespectful of my time and likely shows how they treat employees.
