It was alright. Just the usual behavorial questions. Easy to get through with good communication skills. Not much else, need to practice scenario questions. Hardly any technical questions asked. Personality was really important.

Technical

I was ghosted after an initial recruiter call. I interviewed with the team about a week later. The interview itself was pretty easy, but it turned out the job ad was completely wrong about the role after talking with the team. The hiring manager said he'd talk to HR about it, but they didn't seem to care enough to update it. I didn't hear back for a few weeks. I ended up interviewing elsewhere and got an offer right after.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I applied in late January and got an interview about 3 weeks later. First, there was a quick 15-minute recruiter chat where they asked about my skills, like what tech I use and my ML experience. Then, I went straight to the final round with three people from the Data Science team. They asked some technical questions that weren't too hard, about my resume, ML/stats concepts, and my past work. Pro tip: Make sure you can talk confidently about any ML projects on your resume. The interviewers mentioned a lot of candidates throw around terms like neural networks and deep learning but don't really grasp basic stats and ML, so be ready for that. The whole experience was really positive, everyone was super friendly and professional.
