It was pretty simple. They asked about how I handle difficulties. Also asked about something my last job wanted me to work on. Make sure you're ready to share something good and bad about yourself. Pretty basic otherwise.

The recruiter contacted me late one evening about a quick 15-minute call the next morning. I was unavailable and asked for other times, but didn't hear back. After following up a few days later, I got a response and scheduled a time, which was then described as a 10-minute call. On the day of the call, the recruiter called 10 minutes early, and it was clear they hadn't reviewed my resume beforehand given the questions asked. They cut me off while I was explaining my background, stated my experience wasn't a match, and ended the call. The entire interaction lasted only 4 minutes, and I didn't get any information about the company or the role.

Had a 30-min phone screen with a recruiter, but they were rushed and didn't leave time for my questions. The next round was a panel interview with 3 people. One person didn't even show up and there was no explanation. Also, the direct manager for the role wasn't involved, which I thought was weird since I'd want to meet and approve someone for my team. The interviewers emphasized that they need someone to manage their disorganized team, which has lots of silos, duplicated work, poor communication, and too many meetings. This aligns with what I heard from another employee. One interviewer also cut me off a few times.
