Customer Service Representative
The whole thing felt like an interrogation. They just kept hammering on the same question, just phrased differently. I really didn't like the vibe, felt super uncomfortable. When I finally got to ask the interviewer two questions at the end, she couldn't even give me a straight answer.
- Can you describe an instance where you had to deal with an upset customer?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward, but definitely do your homework on the company beforehand. I only had to speak with one manager. It was conducted remotely, so make sure you present yourself professionally on camera, at least from the waist up!
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
- Why do you want to work here?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was about 30 minutes long and went really well. I'm waiting to hear back from HR about an offer, it's been about 3 days. I'm feeling pretty optimistic and hoping for a good outcome.
- Can you describe a difficult customer situation you encountered and explain how you resolved it?
