So first, I did this one-way video interview thing, where you get like 2-3 tries for each question. It was mostly behavioural stuff, but they also touched on programming and computer knowledge. After that, I got selected for a video call interview. It was super quick, only 30 minutes booked, and honestly, it felt rushed. Again, mostly behavioural questions, and they were really particular about using the STAR method, even making me repeat answers, which was kinda weird. Overall, it was fine, but felt really impersonal.

This role's interview process starts with an online screening and then an in-person interview. No technical questions are asked in either interview; all questions are behavior-based.
