I was emailed by a recruiter about a phone screening. I emailed back a couple hours later expressing my interest and to share my qualifications. No response was received that day or the following week. I sent two more follow up emails the next week and still no response. It's a shame, I was really excited when I first got the email.

The interview process was really thorough, but they made me feel comfortable and welcome. They asked good questions that weren't tricky, as they really wanted to understand me and see if I was a good fit. I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then another phone screen with my direct manager, and finally an in-person interview with my manager's boss. The steps felt natural and helped me learn more about the company, also confirming my interest.

I got referred by someone internal and they emailed me the same day to set up a first phone screen. After talking to the recruiter, I had a zoom chat with the manager, then a meet and greet with a recruiter on the team and then a zoom call with the director of recruiting. They were super responsive and it all moved fast which was great. I also liked that the recruiter was upfront about pay right away, which was nice.
