It was pretty straightforward, they really dug into my resume, so I made sure I knew what I wrote and could talk about it in detail. They also had me present a past project, so I prepped to go over it thoroughly and field questions.

The interview process had 2 stages, featuring a mix of personality and technical questions. It was a pretty relaxed environment, and the interviewer was really respectful but asked thorough questions. Be sure to look into their profits, revenue streams, and any new cross-border projects. Also, make sure you get a good grasp of how financially healthy the company is.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for customer service, but the recruiter thought my resume fit another position and strongly encouraged me to apply for it. I had a telephone interview, then an interview with managers on Microsoft Teams. After four weeks with no response, I followed up with the recruiter, but she never got back to me. A week later, I received an email saying I didn't get the job. The whole process took a very long time, and they wasted a lot of my time waiting. I wouldn't recommend applying for any job at Celestica.
