I had a screening with HR first, followed by a virtual video interview with the hiring manager. They said the next step would be an in-person interview, but I never heard back after that. I felt the interview went well, and the Hiring Manager even said he liked me and would proceed with the in-person interview, but weeks passed and then I just got the standard rejection letter.
