I went through a 3-round interview process. First, I had a phone call with HR. Then, I had two more interviews with people from the engineering team. They looked through my resume, and we talked about my projects and technical skills, and how I'd fit in.

Behavioral Presentation

It started with a screening, and then a panel interview with business partners and executives. It was straightforward, but you need to be ready to talk about your experiences and answer scenario based questions. The only thing that could have been better was their communication. They didn't stick to the timeline they told candidates and didn't update candidates on their status in a reasonable amount of time, even though they say they are on top of communication. This made several candidates wait for months without hearing back.
