It was pretty basic and offered minimum wage, honestly. I think it could have been better and more tailored to the candidates. They asked some advanced DSA questions that we weren't even prepped for.

Day 1 - HR reached out about the position. Day 2 - Interview was set up. Day 3 - Had an online technical interview. It started with introductions, but the interviewer then asked about things I'd just mentioned in my intro, like they weren't really listening. The whole interview felt unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy, with HR not stepping in. Even though it was for a React role, none of the questions were about React. It was all theory about core HTML and CSS, asking for precise bookish definitions. If I tried to explain with use cases, examples, or other details, they'd just laugh and repeat the bookish definition. It seemed like they were inexperienced, possibly just reading from a script. My advice to management: ensure interviewers are qualified, experienced, and capable of conducting interviews professionally.

I got this job through my college campus and there were 4 interviews. First was a screening and pre-placement chat where I learned about the company and how hiring works. Then there was an assessment with general multiple choice questions on computer science, programming basics, and SQL. After that, a technical interview where they checked my knowledge and analytical skills, talking a lot about my projects. Lastly, an HR interview about what's next. It was a good way to check both my technical and personal skills. It was structured and gave me a good chance to show what I can do. Really thankful for the chance and looking forward to joining the team and helping out.
