Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cegeka.
Business Analyst
First interview with internal HR, very quick. I expected to discuss technical aspects with a company representative, not directly with HR. Instead, I got the impression that the person on the other end made a hasty assessment.
- Were you autonomous in your work?
IT Business Analyst
The selection process consists of two steps: an HR interview and a technical team interview. The first interview was easy, with standard HR questions. I didn't reach the second step with the technical team because they were looking for experience in a specific area.
- Tell me about your work experience
- What are your motivations for changing jobs?
Functional Analyst
Meet & Sign Day: included a business case where you had to discuss company results with 3 employees who each played a different character: one young and ambitious, one experienced but stubborn, and one lazy. They wanted to see how you handled this and how you involved the participants in their opinions.
- Can you share an instance where you faced a challenging situation and how you managed to solve it?
- What makes you interested in working for Cegeka?
