Very heavy process and outcome. Information about the procedure very complex to know in advance. One can spend a lot of time waiting and then receive negative feedback.

Postdoctoral Researcher
applied online, then had a first phone interview to talk about why I wanted the role. next was a second phone interview with the team lead and two other scientists. it was a pretty standard and ongoing interview. overall it was a good experience. but the hiring process seems to be very slow because of security clearance and a lot of hierarchy.
- Can you tell us about your past experiences?
- We screened your resume.

- What is your understanding of mathematics?
