Engineer
After applying to CEA, I first had a phone chat with HR. They asked me to introduce myself, talk about my background, my motivations, and why I wanted to work at CEA. We also discussed my mobility and salary expectations. Then, I had a more technical interview with a manager and some engineers. They asked me specific questions about my skills: embedded systems projects, programming, methodology, and also how I'd solve concrete problems. I had to explain my technical choices and show my reasoning skills.
