The interview process was really friendly and easy. In both rounds, they made me feel comfortable by asking some personal questions before moving on to 3 behavioral questions. I also had the chance to talk with the interviewers on a more personal level.

The interview process was pretty simple. You first connect with a hiring recruiter who specializes in interns. Then, you interview with them (unless you applied online). They'll then call you back for another interview with them, which is still not super professional. After that, you have your final interview with the sales manager you'd be reporting to. If they like you, you get the offer. If not, you don't. In my case, I waited about 1-2 months, and another manager whose intern had dropped watched my previous interview recording. If they liked me, great, otherwise, you know. The process is decent and I can't complain. It was nerve-wracking at first, but always chat with the hiring recruiter, it makes things smoother and likely increases your chances of getting hired. Best of luck to everyone, you can do it!

The interview process was harder than I had presumed it to be. The first step was an online recorded interview followed by two more over the phone. The recruiter was nice but was rough on scheduling a time around my schedule. The questions asked were relevant to any sales interview.

  • Describe a time you overcame an obstacle at work and explain your approach.
