Internship
The interview process started with an aptitude test. Then, there was a round focusing on data structure coding questions, which involved writing pseudo code on paper. Following that, there was a technical interview, and the final round was an HR and cultural fit assessment.
- Were your problem solving skills tested?
Intern
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a phone call to chat about my background and why I'm interested in the job. The interviewer was super helpful and laid out what the job is about and what to expect next. The second round went deeper into my skills and what I've done before. They asked a lot about how I manage my time, problems I've run into, and how I've dealt with different work situations. The last round was a one-on-one with the person I'd be working with as an account manager. It was a great chance to really understand the day-to-day tasks and also for us to see if we'd be a good fit.
- Regarding balancing your studies and this role, how do you plan to manage your time and responsibilities?
Intern
I applied for an internship at CDW back in December 2017. I got an invite for the first round in the second week of January, and the results came out by the end of January. One of the roles was for an advanced analytics intern. It was a hire view round.
- What kind of work environment are you seeking for your summer internship?
- Can you describe yourself using an emoji and explain your choice?
- How do you stand out from your classmates or other candidates?
