I was reached out to for an initial interview and I talked to two people from the team. The interview was pretty standard, and they said they'd let me know about what's next. But after the interview, I heard nothing back. No update, no rejection, and they didn't reply when I followed up. I felt completely ghosted after putting in the effort to prepare. Honestly, this was one of the worst recruitment processes I've been through. It's just basic courtesy to at least let candidates know where things stand, even if they aren't moving forward. Just disappearing without a word isn't cool.

The interview process was designed to be equitable. It included a written part and a video call, with questions for the video call shared beforehand. The interviews focused on the role and its responsibilities.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Ridiculous and intransparent interview process. Three interviews via WebEx, no chance to meet colleagues in the Berlin office. The second interview had lengthy preparation with two assignments and a presentation. They stressed the need for immediate 100% contribution from day 1, implying you should already know their methodology. In the first interview, they offered 40k € (low for 4+ years experience). Post-third interview, the offer dropped to 37k € and it was a 1-year contract, citing more senior interviewees but choosing me. The third interview was with the Director Europe, emphasizing 'aggressive growth'. I declined the offer. A few months later, I applied for another, seemingly more Senior position. Conditions were clear upfront: 35k €. I stated I couldn't accept less than 38k € and was rejected.
