Human Resources
The interview process was quite structured and clear from the start. Even though it was clear from the beginning, the final salary offer was quite low, which is why I didn't move forward. It was a bit frustrating but understandable, as they seem to have a structured approach to their People function overall.

Customer Success Account Manager
I was reached out to for an initial interview and I talked to two people from the team. The interview was pretty standard, and they said they'd let me know about what's next. But after the interview, I heard nothing back. No update, no rejection, and they didn't reply when I followed up. I felt completely ghosted after putting in the effort to prepare. Honestly, this was one of the worst recruitment processes I've been through. It's just basic courtesy to at least let candidates know where things stand, even if they aren't moving forward. Just disappearing without a word isn't cool.
- Tell me about a situation where you had to handle a challenging customer.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process included an initial call with peers, followed by a discussion with the team lead. The final stage was a case presentation to a group of three, which included the team lead. This presentation was the last part of the interview.
- What traits do you think are most crucial for a successful Customer Success Manager?
Project Officer
I applied for the job on the CDP website. I heard back after the application deadline. There were three rounds. The first interview was with the immediate manager, who went over my CV and what I've done. The second interview involved a practical data exercise. They sent relevant questions, and I had to present my analysis to the relevant team members. The third interview was with the head of CDP.
- How would you go about prioritizing your tasks?
- What makes you want to work for CDP?
- Can you explain your interest in this particular department?
