first, had a quick 15-minute HR call, camera off. Then, got a callback for a longer, hour-long interview. They asked basic questions and about my availability. They actually emailed to check on availability before each call.

I was flexible and offered to interview at their location while I was on a personal trip, so it cost them nothing. They invited me back for a second interview, and again I was flexible, taking time off, staying with friends, and minimizing costs. They made many promises, and I thought I'd get the job quickly. However, the process dragged on until mid-January. Then, they informed me they weren't filling the position but asked if I was interested in roles in Chicago, Houston, or their headquarters. I agreed to apply for those. Two months passed with back-and-forth communication, with them saying they wanted someone local. The process continued even after I accepted another offer; they then said they'd try to find me a position in the city of my new job. I declined at that point. This whole process was bogus.

Had a Microsoft Teams interview. They asked about my technical skills in SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft PowerApps. Also asked about the difference between modern and classic SharePoint .net, sql, and Microsoft Flows. They asked why I want to change my job and what attribute would be best for their company. This was the first technical screen after the initial recruiter call.
