I applied online. First, I had a phone screening with a recruiter. Then, I had an hour-long video interview with the direct managers. The next interview was a video call with a coworker who has a similar job title and I would be working with closely. After that, I was invited to the office to meet the team in person and we had lunch.

The time from when I applied to when the interview process kicked off was quite lengthy. However, once it got going, everything went pretty smoothly and felt easy. HR was really clear and direct in their communications. I ended up having a few chats with HR and then with some of the managers here.

Applied for the job and heard back about a month and a half later for an initial phone chat. It was a typical phone interview with questions about my background, interests, and experience. It quickly became apparent they didn't grasp the technical details of the role, despite it being very technical. The call lasted about an hour and ended with them wanting an in-person interview. That was about a month later. The in-person was a mix of one-on-one and group. First, they explained the company structure, then said it wasn't that important. You meet 2-3 managers/directors who all ask the same things, so expect to repeat yourself. There was an office tour and a chance to meet the team. They also interviewed you and asked the same questions. The whole thing took 2-3 hours. They decided quickly, with an offer in about 2 days. Don't expect salary or benefit negotiation. Overall, the process was a bit long, repetitive, but not too hard.
