Relationship Manager
I had a phone interview that went well and they seemed keen to bring me in for another interview. I mentioned in the first interview that I didn't have direct experience in this field but was keen to explore a new role. This didn't seem to be an issue in the first interview as that part of the job was stated as trainable. I took a day off work for my second interview in person and was basically grilled for not having experience in the field for the whole interview? To make things worse, I was told I'd hear back by the end of the week and haven't heard anything. Terrible experience.

Inside Sales Director
A recruiter from Chicago reached out within days of my application and did an initial screening. They asked general questions about my resume and current job, then set up a phone interview with the VP Sales. That call was detailed, focusing on how many staff I managed, the reporting tools and metrics I used for team results, and my training and development strategies. I asked about their expectations and the role's responsibilities, and the VP provided good answers, making me feel my background was a strong fit. The next step was a Skype call with the founder and another VP, which was a good chance to learn about their growth and vision. This call had more personal questions than the previous stages. I was asked to present my previous onboarding and training plans, leading to a face-to-face meeting with the VP Sales at their office. We had an in-depth discussion about my past roles and their need for someone to drive hyper growth in the NYC office. We then went to lunch for a more casual conversation, sharing about our upbringings and families. Overall, it was a good process, and I'm waiting to hear back.

Web Developer
It was a 4-round interview process. The first round was a 'tell us about yourself' type. The second round involved solving 2 problems from Hackerrank, one of which was 'cut the sticks'. The third round was another 'tell us about yourself' session. The final round was an interview with the VP, which was a behavioral question. Frankly, it felt like a waste of time. They were offering a full-time salary of $35000.

Business Development Manager
I had a phone interview, then a face to face one, and I passed both. They seemed really nice and made me excited to work in a sales position. After reading some reviews of this company, I'm hesitant on taking it to the next step. I'll probably continue to move on to the next steps while I keep my options opened. Still, to me it seemed like a great opportunity and hopefully these reviews about them treated them like children and walking all over are not true. Either way, everything is an experience.
