Customer Service Representative
The interview was fine but on the first day of work, they asked me a lot of personal, reproductive, physical, and mental questions without first asking if I wanted to do it. They forced me to take a urine test, they were super rude and after all that, they made us sign the contract where it says we give permission for these medical exams. They didn't do it to everyone... I suspect they did pregnancy, HIV, and doping tests since they didn't want to explain what they were testing me for.
- What are your reasons for wanting this job?
Bilingual Agent
There are two remote interviews in English, first with HR and then with the manager, after that you send the documents and then you enter training for several weeks from Monday to Friday.
- Tell me about your hobbies.
- What is your home address?
- What's your name?
Recruiter
I interviewed with someone who mentioned that the company has had a high turnover rate, with 4 managers in the past year, some leaving after only a month or two. Then, I spoke with the Sales Manager, who initially claimed their turnover is low despite the industry norm, but then admitted over half of their staff has been there for less than a year. They said it's a small company, which is what I'm looking for. When I asked about meeting the President, I was told she rarely comes in, so that wouldn't happen. If the high turnover didn't deter me, the intense staring from the interviewer certainly did. They didn't ask about my past work at all; their focus was solely on trying to sell the company to me.
- What makes you want to be a recruiter?
- Would you be alright with working many hours and late nights?
Crisis Counselor
The interview process was straightforward and allowed for direct conversation. The questions were simple and handled quickly. Mostly conducted over the phone and via email.
- What are your thoughts on working in mental health?
