Applied in June with a referral, got a call the next week for a phone screen in July. Then first round in August, followed by a writing assignment and then an interview with two consultants in September. I was rejected a few days later. Didn't hear back from my recruiter for feedback, but I felt I connected well with the interviewers. It was just a really long process.

The interview process was really smooth and super clear all the way through. As others have mentioned, there are three interviews, and after the first one, they give you an assignment. Everyone I met was really nice and helpful.

Behavioral Case

The interview questions were pretty straight forward. However, right from the very start it didn’t seem like the recruiter really wanted to give me a chance. She made some remarks after I mentioned my non-profit experience with Cambodia, saying “I actually know a lot more about Cambodia than you think.” The overall tonality was really difficult to maneuver around. Hopefully, a mission toward diversity and inclusiveness will be implemented with this company. I was very disappointed with my interview experience, but things happen for a reason!
