The process started with HR giving a general company presentation, then an interview with HR. After that, I received a take-home assignment due in five days, which I was supposed to present in person. Unfortunately, they said due to 'internal company policies,' they couldn't provide any feedback or explain why I didn't get to present my work. It's pretty disrespectful after a four-month process to not get any feedback.

Behavioral Other

I applied to CCS in August 2024 and they took me through the whole process, only to reject me with a generic email. A year later, I circled back to HR and asked to interview again. They agreed, and I interviewed with HR on October 10. Then they had me do an extensive writing exercise (the same one as last summer), which I submitted on October 24. After following up, I heard back from HR only to be rejected again. I won't be interviewing here again. Not only am I qualified, but their communication is not good and they won't give candidates feedback on writing assignments that take hours of uncompensated work.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard process. Started with a phone screen, then there was a task to complete, and it finished with a final interview with a senior leader. It was all behavioral questions, and the task was quite simple, involving writing a short report with some data analysis.
