I had a chat with the hiring manager, then after that with the upper management. All the interviews were onsite. The interviewers were friendly and reassuring. They showed me around the work floor and I was impressed with how friendly people were. Salary was negotiable.

Got a call from a staffing agency, they told me about the job reqs and the company. After I said I was interested, they had me come into their office for a 1-on-1 screening and to fill out an application. They gave me more details about the job and pay then. A few weeks later, I was set up to interview with the department head and my future supervisor. They asked about my background, experience, and skills, and then had me write an essay about leadership. The second round was a panel interview with managers and senior execs from other teams I'd work with.

Honestly, not a fan of how long they tend to drag out the hiring process... I applied months ago and only heard back two months after applying. I went through three rounds of interviews (and there were still more to go) for a job that paid very little. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, there are just too many people involved in the process... they don't really seem to know what they want. They'll ghost you for months with no explanation...
