Customer Service Agent
When I got there, we started with a group interview for introductions. If you passed that, you went to a one-on-one interview. Then there were some assessments, followed by the final interview. After that, I signed a contract that included details about the training.
- Can you elaborate on your responsibilities in your prior role?
Customer Service Agent
The interview process is a full-day event, so bring your own lunch. It begins with submitting physical documents like your CV, certified ID, certified Matric certificate, proof of address, and bank statement at reception. Next, there's a group session where you introduce yourself; this is a critical early stage for elimination and selection, so make an effort to show your value. Following that, you'll take tests covering general knowledge, maths literacy, English comprehension, and computer skills. If you pass these, you'll have a small group interview with an operations team leader. The process can be a bit disorganized, but they do manage to process everyone who qualifies.
- How would you handle a team leader who creates pressure and stress in the workplace?
Customer Service Agent
The interview process for this role started with an application, followed by a phone screening. Then there were simulated calls, an in-person interview, and a skills assessment. After that, reference checks were done, and finally, a job offer was extended. The focus was on communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills, as well as your work experiences and how well spoken you are.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What do you do in your free time?
- What previous jobs have you had?
