So first, they look at your CV, then they'll call you or do a video call to see how you talk. After that, you might have to do some tests, like typing or if you know how to use a computer, or if you're good with customers. Then, if they like you, you go for an in-person interview, maybe with a few people. Sometimes they'll have you do a pretend call to see how you'd talk to a customer. If all goes well, they do background checks, then offer you the job and start training.

The whole process took a while, but they did mention that upfront. For the campaign I applied for, I went through a few interviews. They asked me basic questions like 'tell me about yourself,' 'do you have any experience,' and 'have you ever had any customer service experience?' They were really looking for someone with good English speaking skills, a neutral accent, and a positive vibe.
