I was contacted after submitting my application online. I had an initial phone call with HR where we discussed my experience and expectations for the role. The process was clear and professional but not overly formal. Unfortunately, I was told my salary expectations weren't aligned with the open position at that time. I appreciated the transparency in providing honest feedback right away.

I applied for a graduate project manager position, but then they told me the job I applied for was closed and asked if I wanted to apply for a job in another location. The interview went fine, but after that, I didn't hear anything for two months. My application status still showed the old location, which made me worried. I emailed them a bunch of times, and finally, I got an email saying I was rejected. It was disappointing to wait so long for a rejection.

It is quite informal. They'll call you from their personal phone to schedule. There were 3 interviews. The 1st was a screen interview, the 2nd with a senior PM, and the 3rd with other senior PMs. The 2nd interview was scheduled when the PM called on my phone. The 3rd was scheduled 3 weeks after the 2nd via email.
