The interview process went well and was straightforward. The HR department contacted me within two weeks of the interview and extended an offer. The compensation and benefits package was quite appealing, including a performance bonus but no additional allowances. While it's a good company, the learning curve can be quite steep for individuals new to the field.

The interview process involved both HR Recruiters and Hiring Managers. What was unusual and perceived as unprofessional was a peer from a different department conducting what seemed like a 'favor' interview with another peer. This approach felt inherently biased and negative, as the interviewer lacked knowledge of the specific role and seemed more focused on comparison than assessment, potentially hindering advancement. The interviewer also appeared unprepared, failed to ask standard critical questions related to the applicant's skills, qualifications, background, and experience, and couldn't answer questions posed to them. This was a very negative and unprofessional interview experience.

A staffing agency first pre-screened me. Then, I went to the company for an interview with four people from the department. The interview was under an hour. They told me about the job duties and the growth opportunities.
