Behavioral Presentation

My initial interview with CBRE was a Teams call that felt like a casual but informative chat. The interviewer asked about my background and experience, which led to a wider conversation about the industry's current condition. They also gave me an overview of the company and details about a business development project focused on creating a new structure in a specific industry area. The vibe was friendly, open, and engaging, making it a good experience. Afterward, the recruiter gave me positive feedback, saying CBRE wanted to move forward to a second and final in-person interview. I was told I was one of two candidates shortlisted. However, after the other candidate had their in-person interview, the recruiter let me know they would probably go with that person. Overall, it was a good experience; the process was professional, and I liked the recruiter's honesty and helpful feedback.

Case Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed at CBRE's Delhi office. The process involved three rounds: first, resume shortlisting, where I was selected. Next was a case study round requiring a PPT submission, and I was shortlisted again. The final stage was a personal interview (PI), which unfortunately I did not pass. They asked questions related to my resume and experience. I felt the interview went well, but they ultimately chose another candidate who they deemed a better fit.

Behavioral Presentation

Expect arrogance from the interviewers; they act like they know everything and you know nothing. The directors aren't great examples of professionals and lack basic management skills. You'll go through about 2 to 3 rounds, depending on if they like your presentation style.
